Don’t have time to make anything in the morning? You give me three minutes, I’ll give you a breakfast muffin in a mug!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 egg
- handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a coffee mug.
Microwave on high for 1 minute making sure it doesn’t overflow. If needs extra firmness microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
