I must be on a Baileys kick lately because my recipe from Friday had Baileys Irish Cream in it too! I guess I got too much of it at Christmas this past year and needed to find some creative ways to drink it…but then again, can you have too much Baileys?
Baileys Brownie Sundae

Ingredients:
- 3 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- Vanilla Ice Cream (I’m a Dryers girl!)
- Brownie
Directions:
Place your brownie at the bottom of a bowl or glass. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour your Baileys Irish Cream on the top.
Super simple and sure to delight on a hot summer evening!
