This past weekend I helped my dad prepare for his annual poolside BBQ. I made a queso dip that was the hit of the party. It’s actually something I learned how to make from my husband. When we first started dating we would sit in front of the TV on football Sunday and gorge on all kinds of foods. One of his favorites to make was a chili cheese dip! It’s two ingredients and a microwave…seriously? Too easy and even more delicious!
Easiest Queso Dip Ever!
Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can Hormel Chili No Beans
- 1 32 oz Velveeta cheese
Directions:
In a microwaveable bowl add the contents of your chili can. Cut the Velveeta block into several pieces and mix with the chili. Microwave, semi-covered (to avoid splattering – but leave ventilation) on high for about three minutes. Pull the queso out of the microwave and stir. Put back into the microwave for another two minutes. If cheese isn’t completely melted keep microwaving at 30 second intervals. Pull out, mix and serve with your favorite chips!
Enjoy

hmmmmm….sounds yummy! I'll have to try something like this for my husband, Rick.
