Don’t have time to make anything in the morning? You give me three minutes, I’ll give you a breakfast muffin in a mug! Ingredients: 1/4 cup quick oats 1 egg handful of blueberries 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp milk Dash of cinnamon Directions: Combine all the ingredients into a coffee mug.
